What a Sweat day!!! Ish~~

This morning when come in to office while reading all my Emails suddenly read a Email from manager noticed now the days all the staff need to take assesment from now on to improving our english conversation skill.I understand my manager is actually in a hard situation now as he get stress from his boss as well I will not blame him as I guess this idea probably not from him but is just a conclusion from their superior meeting however this few month the granted company taken really made all the staff lost confident to this company,heard from one of the superior this is actually not senior agent fault but is junior agent,I was wonder if in this case why cant they take all this more focus on juniors?! But involve seniors,this is just unfair! I don't mean to blame Juniors but now the days only punishment offer in company but no rewards. Still remember the first day I joined this company they focus on 3 main things which is "FUN , FOCUS and FULFILLMENT" but now we think there is only focus left,where is the other 2 goes?! Anyway,we just had a meeting with one of the superior passed few days,hopefully our feedback company will take it consider not just take it as rubbish. Will just say we still love the company hopefully they wont dissappointed us again and against. Aiks~
